Service Description

An Outstanding (2016 CQC rating) and national award winning GP surgery providing primary health care services solely for those adults experiencing homelessness within Oxford city.

Key opening hours:

  • 8am - 9am - booked appointments with GPs
  • New registrations 9am - 10.30am daily
  • 9am - 12.30pm - drop-in or book-on-the-day appointments with GPs, nurses and the social practitioner
  • 12.30pm - 2pm - closed
  • Closed Thursday afternoons 2pm - 5pm (except for acupuncture appointments)

Please call to book an appointment or alternatively turn up at the surgery and the team will assist you in obtaining an appointment which may, or may not, be on the same day depending on availability.

Based in the city centre on Luther Street and next door to O'Hanlon House hostel, offering access to:

  • GPs and Nurses
  • Mental Health Practitioners
  • Social Prescribers (PROgress supports and assists people in identifying and achieving their goals) - read more about this service

  • Dentistry (Tuesdays only)
  • Podiatry (foot care, one Thursday per month
  • Acupuncture (every Thursday afternoon)
